We use UPS shipping which should arrive 5 to 10 days after your order. You can find more information on our Shipping and Returns page.
We offer expedited shipping for an additional fee for 2-day service. You can find more information on our Shipping and Returns tab.
We accept returns on unworn and unused items. Please see Shipping & Handling for more information
We can only accept items that have not been used. You can find more information on Shipping
You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information when your order ships. If you require expedited service, please contact us for an estimate. Expedited delivery may not be available in all areas.
If you live outside of the expedited delivery service area, contact us at team@jorywear.com for an estimate.
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, subject to availability and credit card verification. During promotional periods, please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing. Please note that shipping delays may occur during special releases, holidays, and sale periods.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with corresponding tracking information. The tracking number and progress can be found within the order details in your account, or on the carrier’s website.
Please note that once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, we cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All associated risks are assumed by the courier.

Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We ship all international orders delivery duties unpaid (DDU), which means any fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control, and we are unable to cover them for our customers.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.
Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.

We can only accept the return of products that are unworn & in original sold condition
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request
**Items purchased during sale periods are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Once your return is delivered, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Should there be no further update after 10 business days, please contact us for further assistance.
Please contact us about any damaged or defective items with accompanying photos within a 15 day period from the date of purchase.
